1. Subject of the OFFER 

This offer offers individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsors”) who wish to support the creative projects of model, cosplayer, craftsman and content author Alexander Bessonov access to exclusive content on the website sishka14.ru.

2. Terms of access

2.1. Access to the content is provided after making a monetary donation in the amount determined by the author. 

2.2. The procedure and methods of making donations are set by the author and may be changed without prior notice. 

2.3. The methods of obtaining and restricting access to the content are determined by the author.

3. Rights and Obligations of Sponsors 

3.1. The person who has received access to the content after making a donation is a Sponsor and undertakes to comply with these rules. 

3.2. Sponsors receive access to the content solely for personal review and use without the right to further distribution. 

3.3. The Sponsor has no right to dictate the terms of use of donations, except in cases where this is stipulated in a separate agreement.

3.4. Donations are intended for organizing new creative projects, crafting and cosplay shoots.

3.5. The sponsor has the right to receive gratitude from the author in the form of access to exclusive content, the terms and scope of which are determined by the author independently.

4. Author’s rights

4.1. All legal rights to the content belong exclusively to the author. 

4.2. The author has the right to change the content of the offer, the content on the website, and restrict access at his discretion. 

4.3. The Author has the right to terminate the Sponsors' access to the content in case of violation of the rules or other violations.

4.4. The author undertakes to use the funds received for the preparation of cosplay projects.

4.5. The author independently determines which specific projects the donations received will be directed to, unless other conditions are provided for in the supplementary agreement

5. Limitations 

5.1. All content is the creative vision of the author and does not contain propaganda of non-traditional relations, insults or infringement of religion. 

5.2 The Content may have age restrictions over the age of 18. Persons under the age of 18 are advised to leave the site.

5.3 Access to the exclusive content is provided by the author after receiving the donation in the manner and volume at his discretion, unless otherwise stipulated in the supplementary agreement.The conditions of access to the content (form, terms, restrictions) are determined by the author and may be changed at his discretion.

6. Final positions

6.1. This offer comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website. 

6.2. The author has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this offer. 

6.3. All disputes and disagreements arising out of or in connection with this offer are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
